Signorina Libera For Women

Signorina Libera is the sweetest and most modern of the Signorina family. Jérôme Epinette opens it on pear and bergamot with a resinous flick of elemi, then moves to a heart of orris, plum and rose that is fruity without being juvenile.

The base is what dates it to now: sugar, ambroxan and cashmeran — a gourmand-musky finish that clings to fabric and radiates warmth for hours. Ambroxan gives it the salty-skin quality currently everywhere in fine fragrance, and cashmeran adds a soft woody hum underneath.

Good in cool weather and after dark, though light enough to wear in daylight. Eau de parfum concentration, so it lasts well.
