Obsidian For Men

Obsidian is named for volcanic glass and behaves a bit like it — cool and smooth on top, dark underneath. Iris and citrus open it, powdery and bright at once, which is an unusual way into a leather scent.

The heart is sueded leather, soft rather than tarry, and the base is where the weight sits: sandalwood and cedar with ambrette and oud. A woody leather for cold evenings, and considerably richer than the opening leads you to expect.
