Oriana, 2021, by Nathalie Lorson and Hamid Merati-Kashani, is the house's fruity gourmand — sweet without being a dessert.

Mandarin, bergamot and grapefruit open it sparkling. Orange blossom and blackcurrant carry the middle, the blackcurrant giving it a tart edge, and the base is marshmallow, praline and musk. That marshmallow-praline finish is the whole character: soft, powdery-sweet and very persistent.
