Cabotine is built around ginger lily — the large white Himalayan bloom also called butterfly lily — and that flower gives the whole composition a green, gingery snap nothing else quite copies.

Orange blossom, tangerine, coriander, peach and crushed greens open it. Hyacinth, iris, tuberose, rose, carnation and jasmine fill the heart. Sandalwood, blackcurrant bud, vetiver, tonka bean, amber and musk settle underneath. This eau de toilette is the muskier reading, with the coriander and greens further forward.
