Ginger and mandarin give this an almost effervescent opening before Haitian vetiver takes over, green and dry and faintly smoky rather than heavy or earthy.

Sandalwood and iris round off the vetiver's rougher edges, and musk with ambergris leaves a clean, skin-close trail. Created by Olivier and Erwin Creed in 2004, it is warm-weather cologne in spirit: crisp, grown-up, easy to carry from a desk through to dinner. Moderate projection with respectable staying power.
