New Look
4.2 oz Eau De Parfum SprayDetails
New Look 1947 belongs to Christian Dior's prestige collection and takes its name from the February 1947 show that established the house — the cinched waist and full skirt that the press christened the New Look.
François Demachy built it as a white-floral tribute. Pink pepper gives a brief lift before tuberose takes over, with ylang-ylang, jasmine, damask rose and iris around it. Benzoin and vanilla close it, and the iris is what makes the finish powdery rather than creamy. Formal, deliberately old-fashioned in the best sense, and generously proportioned at this size.
Eau de parfum. Shared between men and women.
