Super Cedar

Super Cedar is exactly what the name promises. Virginia cedar sits at the center, dry and clean in the pencil-shaving sense, with a thin petal of rose at the opening so it never reads as bare timber.

Haitian vetiver and musk hold the base and keep the whole thing skin-close rather than loud. Byredo released it in 2016 as a woody floral musk; there is very little in it, which is the point. Nothing to argue with, and it wears much the same on anyone.
