Boucheron's first fragrance, from 1988, and still one of the plushest florientals around. Bergamot, mandarin and apricot open bright. Tuberose, ylang-ylang, jasmine, narcissus and orange blossom crowd the heart. Amber, sandalwood, vanilla, benzoin, oakmoss and musk make a heavy, glowing base.

It is loud by modern standards, so a light hand pays off, and it lasts accordingly. Evenings and cold months suit it. Composed by Francis Deleamont and Jean-Pierre Bethouart.
