Instagram Giveaway — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and USA Territories who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members and households are not eligible.

3. Entry period

The Giveaway begins when the Giveaway post is published on the Sponsor's Instagram account and ends on October 15, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time. Entries received after that time will not be eligible. The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to enter

To enter, do both of the following during the entry period:

Comment "I WANT IT!" on the Giveaway post on the Sponsor's Instagram account (@perfumesynergyshop); and
Follow the Sponsor's Instagram account (@perfumesynergyshop).

Both are required. A comment without a follow is not a valid entry, and following without commenting is not an entry at all.

Optional: like as many of the Sponsor's posts or reels as you want. This is entirely optional, is not required to enter, and does not earn additional entries.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of how many comments you post and regardless of how many posts or reels you like. Entries submitted by any automated means, or by an account created for the purpose of entering, are void.

The Sponsor may disqualify an entrant whose comments on the Sponsor's accounts are abusive, harassing, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise in breach of the platform's community standards. Disagreeing with us is not grounds for disqualification; abuse is.

5. Prize

One (1) bottle of Lacoste Touch Of Pink For Women 1.7 oz EDT Spray. Approximate retail value: $43.95. One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is not transferable and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The prize will be shipped within the United States and its territories only. Fragrance travels by surface transport, so delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands can take several weeks. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Winner selection and notification

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted on or shortly after the close of the entry period.

Before the prize is awarded, the Sponsor will confirm that the selected entrant is following the Sponsor's Instagram account as required by Section 4. If they are not, that entry is void and another entrant will be drawn.

The winner will be announced in the comments on the Giveaway post and must claim the prize by direct message to the Sponsor within forty-eight (48) hours of that announcement. If the winner does not respond within that time, cannot accept the prize, or is found not to meet the eligibility requirements, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at the Sponsor's discretion.

7. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor and its officers, employees and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of the prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not received for any reason, or for any technical failure of any kind.

8. Instagram and Meta

By entering, each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising out of this Giveaway, and acknowledges that this Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. Any questions, comments or complaints about the Giveaway must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.

9. Lacoste

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed by, or associated with Lacoste. The prize is a genuine Lacoste product purchased by the Sponsor for the purpose of this Giveaway. Lacoste is a trademark of its respective owner, used here only to identify the prize.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to publish the winner's Instagram username in connection with announcing the result. The Sponsor will not publish the winner's full name, address or other personal information.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is used only to administer this Giveaway and to deliver the prize. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

12. General conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, a technical failure, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, and to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Winner list

For the name of the winner, send a request to customercare@perfumesynergy.com within thirty (30) days of the end of the entry period.
